Nintendo Revolution Demo Video

The Nintendo Revolution is the current codename for Nintendo’s latest home video game console and the successor to the Nintendo GameCube. Its main innovation will likely be its controller that responds to its own position and orientation in 3D physical space in front of the television, a concept never before seen in mainstream consoles, not even PlayStation and XBox.

The Revolution controller will be substantially different than those found on other consoles. Shaped like a television remote control, the Revolution controller uses internal sensors to translate your wrist, arm and hand movements on screen.

The Revolution is scheduled to launch next year, most likely in the same time frame as Sony’s PlayStation 3.

For more information on this superb console, head on to Nintendo’s website, and CNNMoney.
