AtomFilms unveiled the winners of the Intel Indies Film Contest at an Intel-sponsored event at the Sundance Film Festival. An experienced panel of film industry judges culled through hundreds of entries from 40 different states to determine the winning films.

Picking the winners was tough, but in the end, The Wand created by Nick Worthey won the grand prize. Worthey won $25,000 in cash and $20,000 towards a home theater for his clever, animated story on the universal nature of power and greed.
