An awesome show put on by using Diet Coke and Mentos only. In fact lots of them - 101 bottles of two-liter Diet Coke, and 523 mentos. It looks like a waste, but the awesome show justifies it.

When you want a good way to wake you up for something of extreme importance tomorrow, you may think that a fire cracker alarm clock to be a good idea. However, this guy has a different view.

He has been studying all week for his last final which is at 8am tomorrow morning. His roommates decide that it would be fun to give him a pleasant wake up surprise in the middle of the night. But, he didn’t appear to appreciate it.

A very weird story extracted from PCPro.

A mix of dim and sharp wits and Net chat software helped a theft victim recover a stolen laptop. According to a Skype blog, one user had a laptop stolen on which Skype had been installed and configured to start automatically when booting.

The victim downloaded Skype and set up another account which they then used to make contact with the new ‘owner’ of the laptop.

It turns out the pair had enough in common to start a friendship that blossomed into arranging a face to face meeting.
