The interior was completely removed, and installed USD 120 million worth of improvements inside and outside. Now the plane comes fully equipped with a gold plated sink. Just look at the huge amount of luxury from that plane, it’s a fully equiped flying luxurious house!

Gold is precious and glittering. For Sultan of Brunei, it has a different meaning. I suppose, the Sultan is a Muslim and fear his God. Gold ornaments are forbidden for the Muslim males, not for the females. Probably he has made this aircraft golden for his wives, not for himself or his sons. Maybe God, the King of kings, has made some special provisions for the kings. Brunei is so rich of a little Island that it has almost reached the state of paradise. I suppose all its inhabitants live like princes and princesses of angels. Therefore, it has all rights to buy and fly gold or platinum birds. What a big deal!

Hi. I have a friend from Brunei. He had met his majesty at a brunei students gathering in London, UK. He said that his majesty did not fulfil his promises as he told him to achieve first class degrees. But my friend did not received any rewards for his hard work and dedications to his study. What a pity. He should be awarded at least a ferrari for his hard word for obtaining a first class results in his degree course in Glamorgan. I know that the Sultan of Brunei is a rich man. How come he does not provide any incentives for students who got first class in their results. These should be looked at by the Ministry of Education in Brunei.

    Dear Sabahan -

His Majesty wants your friend’s riches to be in his mind for Brunei’s future…. not in any car he drives. Yes, I lived for 2 years in Bandar Seri Begawan. His Majesty’s Minister of Education will spend MANY $$$.br for the education of Bruneian young people abroad, BUT NOT give out free luxury cars.

    His Majesty is wise.
