Malaysia’s top model, Amber Chia said vicious talk of her being a husband stealer has affected her acting career. The girl who is from Sabah said she feared the public, fans and her sponsors might perceive her as the kind of woman who went after married men.
“This is the last comment I will make on this. I just want to get on with my life,” she said.
Amber: “This is the last comment I will make on this. I just want to get on with my life.”
The bad publicity began with news reports in the Chinese press, and later in an English tabloid, on Chia’s alleged romantic interest in TV host Christien New, the husband of Lavin Seow (former Miss Malaysia runner-up).
