This is just a short post on a news article I read - Norway is considering giving prostitutes a tax exemption!

Their primary intention is to get those involved in prostitution out of it. “There are examples of individuals who are forced to continue because they need to earn money to pay back taxes and this is a situation we don’t want,” Finance Minister Kristin Halvorsen said.

I am not sure if Norway is the only country in this world doing (or consider doing) this. But this sounds like a crazy proposal to me. Perhaps if this proposal is really approved, more people will get into this industry as it pays well and you do not need to pay the god-damn tax!
