Bulgaria may not be a very well known country, but it’s one of the newest countries to join the EU which will be a huge boost for the country. It’s strategically located above Turkey and under Romania. To be exact, it actually borders the Black Sea to the east, Greece and Turkey to the south, Serbia and the Republic of Macedonia to the west. The capital of Bulgaria is Sofia.
The joining of the country into the EU mean that Bulgaria is not only a beautiful country with golden sand beaches as well as great skiing at some of their awesome resorts. But it also mean it’s a great time to invest in Bulgarian properties.
