Extreme Makeover was a groundbreaking reality series from ABC in which volunteers receive extensive makeovers. It began airing in 2002 and received overwhelming response from viewers.

The show depicts ordinary men and women undergoing “extreme makeovers” involving plastic surgery, exercise regimes, hairdressing and wardrobing. Each episode ends with the subjects’ return to their families and friends, showing the reactions of their loved ones, who have not been allowed to see the incremental changes during the subjects’ absence.

Today, I am going to show you some before and after photos. You will go wow-wow how extreme makeovers have given some everyday people extraordinary new looks!

Can you believe what you are seeing? Such a big change and I guess there are not less then 20 feature flaws that has been fixed for this lucky lady!

These beautiful tranaformtions are performed by a skilled group of plastic surgeons, eye surgeons, dermatologists, cosmetic dentists, nutritionists, personal trainers, stylists, hair gurus, makeup artists and more.

OMG, I believe this one must have involved extensive plastic surgeries, and perhaps even breast enlargement! She looks totally different after the makeover.

Too bad, ABC is not continuing this show anymore, it was offically cancelled by ABC on May 15, 2007. But don’t worry, watch how you can do extreme makeup using Photoshop.
