How to peel a hard boiled egg for breakfast

November 21st, 2007

I had 2 hard boiled eggs for breakfast this morning. Usually it takes me 1 minute plus to peel an egg. If it is not hard enough, then I could even end up with a mess on my hands.

I think it will work only if the egg remains hot enough. If you leave it out to get cold the inner water will evaporate and will leave enough friction to not make it work. so lets say it may work in the first 30 minutes of the boiled egg.

    Someone,
You have very good observation, and I believe what you say might be right! But have to do some testing to prove it. :)

    Shifting Sand,
    Have you tried it?
