If ur gas gauge does go up to down maby u still have a little icon for a gas light? And usualy if a car has an arrow to indicate the side the handles on then the hose is on the right by default. And for all the Haters who have somthing negative to say about my post dont waste ur time ill probably never be on here again. Hope it helped. If you drive a European car of any sort, your gas tank/handle will be on the right side of your car. If you drive an american car you, your gas tank/handle will be on the left side of your car. The clue is the gas tank icon itself. If the gas tank picture is to the left of the fuel gauge, then you fuel on the left. If the picture is to the right of the gauge, then you fuel on the right. It has nothing to do with the GAS GAUGE. It's the GAS ICON. Looks at the ICON and see which direction the gas pump is point to.
