Even thieves need their beauty sleep

If you are going to go on a stealing spree, it might be best to take a nap first. Two thieves from Seattle didn’t take this advice when they broke in and stole items from an area Fred Meyer store on July 9th. After running off with their loot, Kyle Burgess and Allen Pierce appear to have gotten sleepy and decided to take a nap – on their stolen merchandise!
This later led to their arrest by the police, who followed a trail of cardboard and other items 200 yards to a nest of pillows where the robbers lay sleeping. The authorities believe a lot of alcohol must have been involved in the plot to rob the Fred Meyer, and that may also have led to the would-be criminals needing to rest afterward.
