Heck yes, this is the Jedi you are looking for!!

If you are not a Star Wars fan, you might want to file this bit of information under “It’s a crazy world”.

But hang on, maybe some of the readers are avid fans? You’ve seen all the movies, collected most of the figurines and even played the Lego game. Or maybe you are not a such a fan per say… you just love light sabers, think Darth Vader is just a misunderstood guy with a troubled past or you simply think Yoda is cute in a kinky way.

We’re not here to judge; just directing you towards some awesome Star Wars gadgetry. If you are either of the latter or even both, read on!

The “gadget” in question is a beautiful acrylic and chrome analog clock. What’s so special about it? Instead of numerals you get 12 Star Wars battleships and fighters!

Their pewter finish does add a classy look. At first glance, I thought it was intricately designed bits of jewelery. But you know what they say… a battleship is a pilot’s best friend.

Well, if you are now eager to get your hands on this pretty little collectible, check out the creator – YOUgNeek.

Don’t you hate pesky office mates messing about with your PC? Changing the name of your favorite song to the awful theme song from Tokyo Drift? Taking a screen cap of your desktop and hiding all the icons?

The list goes on. What you need is some damage control. And what better bodyguard for your PC than the Terminator! It’s a motion detector of sorts that plugs into the USB port. It’s one mean looking guy with sun glasses and shaved head. Why call him Terminator, he’s got Prison Break written all over him.

Wait, it gets better. The little guy has a motion detector in his jacket button and when a mischief-maker comes close to your PC, he will blast off a choice number of warnings.

It could be the “Not today mate”, the ultimate heads-up.

A scary menacing growl in the form of “You’re cruisin’ for a bruisin”.

And of course, the best door-in-face comeback – “You’re not welcome here”.

It works with Windows XP, Vista and Mac. Looks like certain operating systems are glaringly absent from the list.

Get your own USB bouncer here. The price is a bit expensive though at US$69.00.

Oh no! This is just too cute. Check out the teeny, tiny USB man!

On some level you feel a tinge of guilt that the little dude represents some dastardly torture procedure from the middle ages.

Yes, last thing you want is for the boss to glance at it intently and say, did we chat about those faxes you goofed up? (Read: It’s the rack for you, says the boss).

On the other hand, he could be reaching out his hands to connect… everything! Wheeee! (Background music plays We are the World).

That is indeed my justification for adding this so adorable I could eat it device.

In a nutshell:

USB man is same as a powered hub. And there is this small green light right over his heart which lights up when you plug him in. Awwww!

The gadget makers have even added two indents for eyes and mouth. By the way, with a four port hub, AC adapter and a 45″ cord, it ain’t all about the looks with this cutie pie. He does his job and he does it well.

Isn’t this a cool way to spice up your work desk?

The homely version of James Bond gadget?

It’s a vase, it’s a weapon, it’s a wireless router, no it’s the world’s cutest wireless router. I must admit, there is quite a flair to this idea. Wireless routers and such come in chunky box shapes that scream I am born to mess up your decor.

It’s almost as bad as the nasty mish mash of cable wiring lurking around the PC and TV. Story goes that this design was created for Saudi Telecom, guys who wanted a positive emotional response every time someone glanced at their router.

I think that the said designer probably spent a busy weekend watching Bond movies which was dotted with regular complaints about the yuk gadgets around the house.

Question is, how can we be sure the water in the vase is not going to short circuit the pretty vase? On that note, I hope that vase is available in something other than Friar Tuck Gray.

Older family members will have a field day with this. Imagine Nana or even your parents getting used to this idea.

I just know someone will tilt the vase so they can get a better look at the labels. Hahaha…

Oh, get your vase… err.. wireless router vase here.

Do you have any problems waking up in the morning? Do you need two or three alarm clocks all around your rooms so you will actually get out of bed to switch off the annoying sound? Of course, it’s understandable. It is not easy waking up and dragging yourself out of bed in the morning, especially Monday morning.
But now, you will have no choice but to wake up – creatively.

Used to traveling and having the hotel concierge to give you a wake up call? The Hotel Phone Alarm Clock is perfect for you! It goes something like this – “This is your wake up call. For another call in 30 minutes, please press 5.”

This awesome gadget is won the Gadget of the year 2008. When the Puzzle Alarm Clock rings, the puzzle pieces on top will be pushed out and you have to piece them together again to switch off the alarm! There is NO WAY you will sleep through this.

If you are an extremely heavy sleeper, you will need this alarm clock. Heavy as in NOTHING can wake you up. This Shaking Alarm Clock is attached to piece of device placed under your mattress. Oh, with 90 decibels of alarm sound and all the shaking, it will be a great awakening.

The Inferno Alarm Clock! Similar to the Shaking Alarm Clock, it will give a hearty “RING” and a good morning shake you need to get out of your bed.

Nobody can sleep through this flying contraption! Once the Flying Alarm Clock rings, the black ping-pong with propeller will take off and land somewhere in your bedroom. Find it and put it back to place, or wait until the battery runs out for the alarm to stop.

Ever wanted to slam, hit and toss your alarm across the room? Well, the Hockey Puck Alarm Clock lets you do just that!

I am not sure whether this will wake you up and keep you from going back to bed but with the realistic whirling sound from the Blender Alarm Clock to accompany with the alarm, you’d probably stay up to enjoy it for awhile.
